NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION
Concise explanation of the particular statutory provisions under which the rule is enacted and how these provisions authorize or require the rule:
Section 53A-1-402.5 directs the Utah State Board of Education to make rules that establish basic ethical conduct standards for public education employees who provide public education-related services or activities outside of their regular employment.

No written comment has been received.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
State law continues to require the Utah State Board of Education to make rules that establish basic ethical conduct standards for employees who provide public education-related services or activities outside of their regular employment. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
