This rule is established pursuant to Subsection 63A-9-401(1)(d)(iii) which requires the Division of Fleet Operations to make rules establishing requirements for fleet safety and loss prevention programs.

No comments have been received over the past five years from interested persons supporting or opposing this rule.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
This rule is needed to establish the requirements for fleet safety and loss prevention programs for the Division of Fleet Operations. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
