NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION
Concise explanation of the particular statutory provisions under which the rule is enacted and how these provisions authorize or require the rule:
Statute authorizes the State Parks Board to set the boat registration fee in Subsection 73-18-7(2)(b): "The owner of the motorboat or sailboat shall sign the application and pay the fee set by the board in accordance with Section 63J-1-504."

No written comments in support or opposition of this rule have been received.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
Statute requires a boat registration fee to be collected to help fund boating-related education, law enforcement, and facilities. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
