NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

Section 63F-1-206 requires the Department of Technology Services to implement a rule that provides for standards related to the privacy policies of websites operated by or on behalf of an executive branch agency.

Continuation of the rule is required by Section 63F-1-206 to establish a statewide policy for informing the public how personally identifiable information is collected and used by the State of Utah web sites.
