Subsection 26-1-30(2)(m) charges the Department of Health to set and enforce standards for laboratory services.

The purpose of this rule is to provide standards for the approval of laboratories desiring to be approved to conduct examinations for the determination of blood alcohol levels. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
