Section 62A-1-111 authorizes the Department to adopt rules necessary for the provision of social services. Section 62A-1-114 provides that the Department of Human Services administer the Social Services Block Grant.

No comments were received during and since the last five-year review.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
This rule needs to be continued so that the allocation of the funds can be specifically defined.
