Under Title 63G, Chapters 2 and 3, the Executive Director of the Department of Administrative Services establishes procedures for the collection, storage, designation, classification, access, and management of records under Section 63A-12-104.

The rule establishes procedures for the management and storage of records pursuant to Section 63A-12-101. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
