The Utah State Parks Board is a rulemaking authority under Section 79-4-304; and is also enacted under Section 79-4-203 which establishes the powers and duties of division.

No written comments were received during and since the last five-year review from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
This rule establishes parameters where skates, motorized transportation devices and skateboards may be used safely within the state park system. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
