Summary of written comments received during and since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule:

The department has not received any written comments regarding this rule in the past five years.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

This rule is important to provide standards for the licensing of individuals and agencies; and to make other amendments to a license as needed. Standardized licensing requirements are important so that everyone who want to apply will know what the standards and the consumer will know that if a person is licensed they have had the education and background checks required. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
