This rule is authorized under the Utah Procurement Code, Title 63G, Chapter 6a. In addition to the requirements of Part 5 of the Utah Procurement Code, a Request for Information should indicate the procedure for business confidentiality claims and other protections provided by the Utah Government Records and Access Management Act.
