NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

This rule was adopted under the statutory provisions of Section 61-2-204. The purpose of the rule is to provide procedures that a qualifying organization may follow to apply to receive money from the Utah Housing Opportunity Restricted Account.

Summary of written comments received during and since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule:

No written comments have been received during during and since the last five-year review of this rule.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The statutory requirement that the division of real estate make rules providing procedures for an organization to apply to receive money from the Utah Housing Restricted Account remains in effect. The rule should be continued.
