NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

Subsection 53-3-205(15)(a) provides that applicants for a license or identification card should have the opportunity to indicate their wishes relating to organ donation.

No written comments have been received by the agency.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

There is a statutory requirement for the designation of an applicant's wishes regarding organ donation. This rule outlines the process wherein that is accomplished. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
