NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION
Concise explanation of the particular statutory provisions under which the rule is enacted and how these provisions authorize or require the rule:
Subsection 53-3-109(1)(c)(iii) permits the disclosure of personal identifying information to depository institutions, and Subsection 53-3-109(7)(f) authorizes the creation of rule to govern such release.

No written comments have been received.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
The statute still authorizes the disclosure of the information, and the rule appropriately governs that release. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
