NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

This rule is established pursuant to Subsection 63A-9-702(3) which requires the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Fleet Operations (DFO) to make rules establishing requirements for the sale of compressed natural gas (CNG) to the public.
Summary of written comments received during and since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule:
There have been no written comments received during and since the last five-year review of this rule.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
The legislative direction for the rule still exists. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
