The Legislature’s Administrative Rules Review Committee held its first meeting of the 2012 interim on May 31, 2012. The agenda included a discussion of:
- the potential need for rules governing equal access provided to education employee associations in Utah pursuant to Section 53A-3-426; and
- Rule R714-600, Performance Standards for Tow Truck Motor Carriers.
