Happy 20th Birthday, Utah Administrative Code

On 07/01/1987, the Division of Administrative Rules issued Utah’s first administrative code. This event was the culmination of great effort on the part of all regulatory agencies and the Division. That first administrative code, published by Code*Co Law Publishers, contained 1,446 administrative rules. Rules’ Web Changes Planned for January 1, 2005

On January 1, 2005, the Division plans to remove duplicate formats of older versions of rules publications from its web site. This change will affect the HTML version of rule filings from 2003 and the compressed Word versions of the Bulletin from 2004. The 2004 Index of Changes is Available

The 2004 edition of the Utah Administrative Rules Index of Changes (Index) is now available. The Index is one of the Division’s official electronic publications. Utah Code Section 63-46a-10 requires the Division to “publish at least annually an index of all changes to the administrative code and the effective date of each change.” The 2004 Index includes entries for all

The 2004 edition of the Utah Administrative Code Annotated (UACA) is now available from LexisNexis.
