Download a List of Current Rules

Agencies may export a list of current rules as a spreadsheet through either eRules or the Administrative Rules Dashboard.

Note: To view the exported list of current rules, a spreadsheet program supporting csv files is required, like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

1. After logging in to eRules, select the Current Rules tab.

2. On the top right of the table containing filings, select Download CSV.

3. A spreadsheet in csv format will download, containing a list of every rule found under the Current Rules tab.

The exported file contains the same information as seen in the Current Rules tab in eRules. For different or more information, consider visiting the Administrative Rules Dashboard. For other data or statistical information, please contact the Office of Administrative Rules.

Note: To view the exported list of current rules, a spreadsheet program supporting csv files is required, like Microsoft Excel. Alternatively, you may export directly to Google Sheets.

1. Visit the Administrative Rules Dashboard.

2. Sort by either Agency or Title. The title options will dynamically change based on a selected agency.

Note: to quickly select a single option under either Agency or Title, select the ONLY button that appears when hovering over an option.

3. After filtering to the desired rules, select the More option above the list of rules titled Five-Year Review Due Dates.

4. Select Export.

5. Choose a name for the exported file, select the desired file type, and select whether you'd like to keep value formatting. Select Export.

6a. If downloading either a CSV or a CSV (Excel), a spreadsheet in csv format will download, containing a list of every rule found under the filtered list.

6b. If exporting to Google Sheets, a window will open confirming the Google account to export to. Either log in or select the account. The spreadsheet will then be added to the active account's Google Drive.
