File a Notice of Effective Date
Agencies are required to file notices of effective date with the Office of Administrative Rules through the eRules platform.




5. Selecting this submits the notice of effective date, at which point the Office of Administrative Rules will publish the final rule on the public-facing website.
To verify that the notice of effective date has been sent, check that the filing's status reads Codify. eRules will also send an email upon submission of the notice of effective date.
