Subsection 53A-1-401(1)(d) directs the Utah State Board of Education to establish rules and minimum standards for state reimbursed bus routes, bus safety, operational requirements, and other transportation needs for public schools.

This rule continues to be required by state law and provides necessary standards for state reimbursed bus routes, bus safety, operational, and other transportation options and requirements. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
