NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

Section 53A-17a-120 directs the Utah State Board of Education to adopt rules for the expenditure of funds appropriated for accelerated learning programs.

No written comments have been received.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

This rule continues to be required by state law and provides necessary procedures for expenditure of funds for accelerated learning programs. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
