Section 63M-7-506 details the duties of the Crime Victim Reparations Board and grants the Crime Victim Reparations Board authority to adopt rules to implement the Crime Victim Reparations Act.

No comments have been received since the last five-year review.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The rule provides guidance for the Office of Crime Victim Reparations and its clients regarding complaints relating to the Americans with Disabilities Act. It is necessary to provide information to complainants regarding the complaint procedure and the information that needs to be submitted. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
