NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

This rule is authorized by Subsection 53-2-107(7) which provides that the Division of Homeland Security, with the approval of the Search and Rescue Advisory Board, shall make rules consistent with the Homeland Security Act.

Summary of written comments received during and since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule:

The agency has not received any written comments regarding the rule either supporting or opposing the rule.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The rule should be continued because it is required by Subsection 53-2-107(7) and there have been no written comments received since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons opposing the rule.
