NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

This rule establishes standards for Self-Administered Services as required by Subsection 62A-5-103(8). The Division sets standards to assure that persons receiving services are supported appropriately in a community setting and that program and financial requirements are met.

Summary of written comments received during and since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule:

No written comments have been received.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

This rule should be continued to assure continued operation of an efficient and financially responsible Self-Administered Services program that meets program objectives and maintains the person's health and safety in a community setting.
