Subsection 19-4-104(1)(a)(iv) authorizes the Drinking Water Board to adopt this rule which governs the protection of surface water sources.

No written comments have been received that either support or oppose this rule.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The continuation of this rule is necessary because it establishes practices deemed necessary by the Drinking Water Board to protect developed surface water sources of drinking water from pollution or the potential for pollution.
