Sections 62A-2-101 and 62A-2-106 authorize the Office of Licensing to make rules to establish basic standards for licensees.

No comments were received.

This rule establishes definitions; legal requirements; staffing requirements; facility requirements; basic health and safety regulations; record keeping; and client services. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
