This rule is established pursuant to Section 63G-4-202 which allows an agency to designate, by rule, categories of adjudicative proceedings to be conducted informally.

No comments have been received over the past five years from interested persons supporting or opposing this rule.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

This rule is needed to establish procedures governing informal adjudicatory proceedings for the Division of Fleet Operations. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
