NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION
Concise explanation of the particular statutory provisions under which the rule is enacted and how these provisions authorize or require the rule:
Sections 26-19-1 through 26-19-19; Section 26-18-8; and Subsection 26-18-10(4) require the agency to promulgate rules to administer the Third Party Liability Program.

No comments have been received since the last five-year review.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
This rule is needed to continue the Third party Liability program required by the Medical Benefits Recovery Act, Title 26, Chapter 19. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
