Section 19-6-105 allows the Board to set minimum standards for development and application of risk assessments.

No comments were received.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The rule is necessary to establish information requirements to support risk-based cleanup and closure standards at sites for which remediation or removal of hazardous constituents to background levels will not be achieved. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
