NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

This rule is to provide information regarding the adoption assistance advisory committee within each region of the Division of Child and Family Services as defined in Section 62-4a-902.

Summary of written comments received during and since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule:

There were no comments received.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

It is required that each region of the Division of Child and Family Services have an adoption advisory committee to review and make recommendations on individual requests for supplemental adoption assistance. This rule designates who is on the committee within each region. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
