Summary:
The department asked for an extension for the five-year review on the original due date of 09/19/2011. The new deadline was 01/17/2012. Due to extenuating circumstances with the department's rules monitor, this rule expired on 01/18/2012 because a five-year review was not filed by 01/17/2012 so the rule is removed from the Administrative Code. (DAR NOTE: A 120-day (emergency) rule filing that is effective as of 02/01/2012 for Rule R251-108 is under DAR No. 35769 in this issue, February 15, 2012, of the Bulletin. A proposed new rule filing for Rule R251-108 is under DAR No. 35807 and will be published in the March 1, 2012, Bulletin.)
