Summary:
The editor who publishes the Administrative Code emailed us to inquire about why the extension was filed on this rule for the five-year review on 06/23/2011 but there was no record of five-year review being filed. After doing some research, DAR discovered that the five-year review deadline for the extension was 10/21/2011 and the five-year review had not been filed. The rule expired on 10/22/2011 but DAR missed it. (DAR NOTE: A proposed new Rule R694-1 is under DAR No. 35874 in this issue, March 1, 2012, of the Bulletin.)
