This rule is authorized by Sections 63G-2-204, 63G-2-603, 63A-12-104, 65A-1-10, and 65A-6-7. This rule provides procedures for appropriate access to Division records.

This rule provides procedure for appropriate access to division records. The provisions in this rule are effective in providing the requirements, procedures, and standards for records access. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
