Utah and federal law call for a Workforce Investment Board. This rule is necessary to provide definitions and meeting requirements as required by state law, Section 35A-2-101 et seq.

No comments have been received in the last five years.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The rule is necessary to comply with the requirements of state and federal law. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
