Section 63G-4-203 established and governed the administrative procedures for informal adjudicative proceedings before the Division of Water Rights that commenced prior to 01/01/1988.

No comments have been received.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The rule should be continued to govern all hearings which are held by the State Engineer on matters within his jurisdiction for all adjudicative proceedings that commenced prior to 01/01/1988.
