NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

This rule is established pursuant to Subsection 63A-3-504(2)(f), which authorizes the Office of State Debt Collection to establish by rule an implementation of the debt collection technique of administrative offset.

No written comments have been received.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

This rule is to establish procedures to be followed by agencies to reduce or eliminate accounts receivable through administrative offset of tax overpayments or state payments due to entities. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
