NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

Section 72-10-103 requires the Utah Department of Transportation to make rules regulating the use, licensing and supervision of airports, governing the establishment, location and use of air navigational aids, and establishing minimum standards for operational safety.

There have been no comments received from interested persons during and since the last five-year review of this rule.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

This rule should continue in effect to enable the department to meets its statutory obligation to regulate the use, licensing and supervision of airports, govern the establishment, location and use of air navigational aids, and establish minimum standards for operational safety.
