NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

Section 62A-2-106 provides the responsibility of the Office of Licensing to make rules to provide for the protection and safety of the agency's clients.

Summary of written comments received during and since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule:

Over the last five years, there have been no written comments received concerning this rule.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

This rule is necessary as a result of the continuing growth of drug and alcohol use in today's society. It is also needed to provide standards for Social Detoxification Programs. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
