Subsection 53A-6-306(1)(a) directs the Utah Professional Practices Advisory Commission (UPPAC) to adopt rules consistent with applicable law and Board rules to carry out its responsibilities under the law.

This rule is continued because it provides necessary procedures regarding complaints against educators and licensing hearings for UPPAC to follow.
