The rule is authorized by Section 62A-3-104 to administer the program authorized by Section 63A-3-110.

The Division has received no written comments regarding this rule.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The purpose of this rule is to provide guidelines for the equitable distribution of funds collected as the result of the special services fund created in Section 62A-3-110 to provide public transportation assistance for seniors or people with disabilities. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
