This rule is enacted under Section 79-4-304 and states that the Utah State Parks and Recreation board has rulemaking authority. These are the definitions for those rules. The rules provide protection to park visitors and park resources.

No written comments have been received during or since the last five year review from anyone supporting or opposing this rule.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
Utah State Parks and Recreation rules provide protection to park visitors and park resources. The definitions clarify several key words within the rules. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
