Subsection 53-3-104(1)(c) requires the division the make rules regarding the restrictions to be imposed on a person driving a motor vehicle with a temporary learner permit or learner permit.

No written comments have been received during and since the last five-year review of this rule.

This rule should be continued to comply with the provisions of Subsection 53-3-104(1)(c).
