The Division is authorized under Section 53-3-104 to create rules related to licensing of applicants.

No comments have been received.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The Division continues to license commercial motor vehicle operators in accordance with this rule, Utah statutes, and federal regulations. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
