NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

Concise explanation of the particular statutory provisions under which the rule is enacted and how these provisions authorize or require the rule:

Terms defined in Section 63G-2-103 are supplemented in this section by definitions particular to the terms used in Section 63G-2-501 which establishes the creation, composition, terms, and expenses of the State Records Committee. Also terms used in Section 63G-2-403 and in Section 63G-2-205 are defined in terms of their use related to the State Records Committee.

Summary of written comments received during and since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule:

The definitions in this section have not been challenged by any interested parties during the last five-year period.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

As no comments in opposition to the rule have been received, the agency supports the continued use of the rule and the definitions contained therein.
