The statutory provisions governing the procurement of architect-engineer services by the Division are contained in Title 63G, Chapter 6a, and Title 63A, Chapter 5.

There have been no comments received either supporting or opposing the rule.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
This rule needs to be continued because it establishes procedures governing the procurement of architect-engineer services by the Division, which are contained in the Utah Procurement Code.
