In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 67-19-32, the Board adopted this rule to address discrimination and provide grievance procedures.
Summary of written comments received during and since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule:
No comments have been received.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
The rule is required to comply with federal law. The public and employees need to have a grievance procedure available. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
