Extension Reason:
On behalf of the Division of Indian Affairs and the Department of Heritage and Arts, the Division would like to file a 120-day extension for the five-year review of Rule R456-1. The director of the Division of Indian Affairs, Shirlee Silversmith, will be on FMLA leave for awhile. The Native American Remains Review Committee will not be meeting during Shirlee's absence and will not have the opportunity to review this rule until she returns. New deadline is 01/14/2016.
