Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
The perimeter security plays a vital role in the security of the prison operations. The purpose of this rule is to provide the department policies and procedures for perimeter patrol of the prison facilities. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
