Section 62A-15-105 provides rulemaking authority to the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health and thereby its subdivision, the Utah State Hospital.

No written comments have been received on this rule since the last five-year review.

This rule is needed to provide clear guidance on how individuals are admitted to the Utah State Hospital. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
