NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

Section 53-3-206 allows refugees and approved asylees to take the knowledge test in their native language.

No written comments have been received.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

In order to best serve the needs of refugees and approved asylees, the Driver License Division will continue to enforce Subsection 53-3-206(2)(a)(1). Therefore, this rule should be continued.
