Under Subsection 23-19-9(14), the Wildlife Board is authorized and required to provide rules to regulate and prescribe the procedures and standards for the suspension of the privilege of applying for, purchasing, and exercising the benefits conferred by a license or permit and the suspension of a certificate of registration.

No written comments supporting or opposing Rule R657-26 were received since August 2011 when the rule was last reviewed.

Rule R657-26 provides the procedures and standards for the suspension of the privilege of applying for, purchasing, and exercising the benefits conferred by a license or permit and the suspension of a certificate of registration, and the continuation of this rule is necessary for its future success.
